Chloé is a French fashion house founded in 1952 by Egyptian-born, Parisian-adopted Gaby Aghion. Going against the stiff, conservative grain of the 1950s, Aghion produced soft and captivating clothes that really stood out at the time. Chloé’s current creative director, designer Clare Waight Keller, has been with Chloé since 2011. She is known for holding on to Aghion’s bohemian character and strong personality which is still the penetrating voice in Chloé’s collections. Keller has the Chloé brand identity of effortless grace and modernity perfectly covered with chic, ladylike loveliness.
