When placing an order on www.hollygolightly.dk, you will, as soon as the transaction is completed, receive an email confirming the registration of your order. 

Holly Golightly uses PostNord and GLS when shipping to Denmark. We use PostNord in all other European countries except for Norway and Great Britain. We use DHL for Norway, Great Britain and all countries outside of the EU. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. If your order is placed Friday after 3 PM, it will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an tracking document by e-mail, including a track & trace identification code for you to track your order. Is the package content damaged during transit, please report it to us, and we will contact the given courier.

All shipments abroad are sent as business mail, which means that the package cannot be sent as a gift to non-EU countries as an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. Regular service within Europe is approximately 4-5 business days. Regular service outside of Europe is approximately 5-7 business days. After receiving your order confirmation, you will receive an e-mail from your courier, which will include carrier and tracking number information, enabling you to track your shipment.

We offer free shipping on all order above DKK 1000 in Denmark.

Holly Golightly cannot be held responsible for damaged goods during transit. We strive to pack our shipment very carefully so this should not occur. Holly Golightly cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit. During sale you must anticipate a longer delivery time.

Purchasing Dries Van Noten online, it is only possible for Holly Golightly to ship to Europe. 


Please read our return policy before returning your item to make the process easy and as fast as possible.
If the item is not as expected upon delivery, and you wish to return it to Holly Golightly, you have 14 days full return policy from receipt of your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered and unworn with all Holly Golightly hang tags still attached to the garment. Returns that are damaged or returned without Holly Golightly labels may not be accepted as a return and will be returned to sender. Please note that Holly Golightly do not pay for the return costs, if you choose to return an item.
For all orders in Denmark, Holly Golightly appends a return label with your order, which you are free to use, if you wish to return your order. You will pay for the return costs yourself, if you choose to use your return label. We will deduct the amount from the original amount that Holly Golightly is to credit you back, when handling your return order. The costs for the use of the return label is DKK 39. If, you wish to return your order with GLS, we kindly ask you to contact us. We will make out a return label and send it to you as soon as possible.
If, you return an item outside of the EU, you might be charged a handling fee for processing your goods, when the parcel arrives in Denmark. If this is the case, Holly Golightly will deduct the amount, when processing your return order. If, Holly Golightly is charged any other handling fees during the return process, these fees will also be deducted from your total amount.
We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. If you refuse to pay any import duty/Tax/VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the order and any import duty/Tax/VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
Custom clearance cost of 25 EUR associated with a cancellation or return will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. 

If the item is damaged upon arrival, you can return the item to us. In case the item is damaged, we will pay the return costs back to us. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for more information here: webshop@hollygolightly.dk
It is also possible to return your order, or exchange your product in our store on Borgergade 17b in Copenhagen C.
Should you wish to exchange an order for another size or item, we ask you to return the item and place a new order on www.hollygolightly.dk  
When your item has been received and returned successfully, we credit you the amount back through the same payment method used, when placing your order. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to handle and to show in your account due to longevity of the shipping back to us, internal processing and differences in payment providers. If you have not received your refund within three weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us at webshop@hollygolightly.dk or by phone on +45 33 14 19 15.

Please note that we only receive return orders in our store on Borgergade 17b in Copenhagen C. We cannot accept return order that are send to parcel shop, with DAO etc. 


Pick Up in Store orders can be picked up during the opening hours of the store. 

An e-mail notification will be sent to you when your order is complete, and the package is ready at Borgergade 17B, Copenhagen. When you are going to pick up the order, please ask the staff to assist you.
